Designed for use with our battery eliminator kits that use a 1 x AAA, 1 x AA, 1 x C or 1 x D alkaline battery. This Slim-Line Profile AC to DC Wall Power Adapter converts 100VAC-240VAC to 1.5VDC and can supply up to 1-Amp of current and is compact enough to fit into tight spaces allowing multiple adapters to be plugged into the same outlet or power strip. This AC to DC Wall Power Adapter plugs into a standard wall outlet and comes with a 3-ft long power cable with a 5.5mm x 2.1mm male barrel plug connector at the end.

Since this Slim-Line Profile AC to DC Wall Power Adapter can supply up to 1A of output current, you can power more than just a single electronic device by purchasing additional active dummy cell batteries and our optional power splitter cables (available in 2-way up through 8-way). We also sell optional power extension cables when additional cable length is required.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

· This AC to DC Wall Power Adapter converts 120VAC coming from a standard wall outlet to the voltage produced by a single alkaline battery (0.8VDC to 1.5VDC). This conversion process results in the generation of some electrical noise which may interfere with the proper operation of certain types of sensitive electronic devices such as detection and measurement devices and motion sensors. If your electronic device operates erratically after replacing the battery with this AC to DC Wall Power Adapter, then the electrical noise generated is most likely interfering with the proper operation of your electronic device, and this AC to DC Wall Power Adapter will not work, and you will need to continue to power your device with a regular alkaline battery. We apologize for this inconvenience, and you can return the AC to DC Wall Power Adapter for a refund.

· This AC to DC Wall Power Adapter converts the 120VAC coming from the wall outlet into a voltage ranging from 1.0VDC to 1.5VDC which is what’s required to supply power to electronic devices that use a single alkaline battery. A fresh regular alkaline battery supplies about 1.5VDC and has an end-of-life voltage of 0.8VDC, so the voltage supplied by this AC to DC Wall Power Adapter is within the range required by electronic devices that operate on a single alkaline battery.

· This AC to DC Wall Power Adapter can power more than one electronic device, so if you need to power multiple electronic devices, simply purchase the necessary active dummy cell batteries, power splitter cables, and power extension cables. 1 Active Dummy Cell Battery is needed for each electronic device you wish to power. This AC to DC Wall Power Adapter will not work with electronic devices that use more than a single alkaline battery.

· The output voltage provided by this AC to DC Wall Power Adapter is typically 1.5VDC at no output current (0-Amps) and decreases as the output current increases. Please refer to the “Output Voltage Regulation” values in the “Specifications” table below and the graph of the “Typical Output Voltage vs Output Current” in the pictures. The end-of-life voltage for a single alkaline battery is about 0.8V, and this AC to DC Wall Power Adapter can maintain an output voltage of between 1.0VDC and 1.5VDC while providing up to 1-Amp of output current. This voltage range is sufficient to power devices that operate on a single alkaline battery.
